With all our signature customised workouts there is no downtime post treatment. You can carry on with your day’s tasks, go back to the office or head out to a party or function looking younger, tighter and rejuvenated.
Our workouts are not painful however please take notice that our signature massage is stimulating and invigorating but at no time painful.
For our workouts that aim at intense results such as Electrical Work out and all Level 3 and 4, should a client be contra – indicated to electrical or electromagnetic pulses, we will advise a gentler workout with no electric tools like our Yoga Face workout.
