TREATMENT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  1. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied. So satisfied that you recommend us to your friends and family. If you are not totally satisfied with your treatment, talk to us, tell us why and if we can’t get you smiling, you do not have to pay. Please chat to our clinic manager, let her know your reasons within 48 hours and we will refund you. 24 hours after your TLB treat, you will receive an email requesting feedback. Please let us know about what got you smiling or what got you frowning. This way we can improve in every way.
  2. If you have paid for a treatment or course of treatments and you do not wish to continue treatments for any reason.
    You may choose to use the remainder of your funds towards other treatments or even for the same treatment but different area. You may also complete your treatments at any branch of your choice. It’s your hard-earned cash, you choose what you do with it! If your original purchase was discounted or was a special promotion then the credit will not be allowed to be used towards a new promotion or discounted treatment. We obviously want you to be happy and would love to retain you as a client. Using the credit towards different treatments is first prize for us but if you would prefer a monetary refund then we will refund you based on our refund policy. The refund is calculated as follows: Amount paid after discount, less redeemed treatments at full retail price at date of purchase. If a client requests a refund for whatever reason, and the refund is approved there will be a 20% admin fee applied. 

  3. Do note, aesthetic and skin treatments are medical treatments. There are no hard or fast rules with any medical treatment. Results and client experience may differ. We do know what to expect as a general rule. Good news is, if you or we feel you have not seen sufficient results after recommended number of treatments, we will review your treatment history and you’ll receive at least one FREE treatment and will receive a 20% discount thereafter until you and we are satisfied with your results.
  4. Birthday Beauty Counts: Receive a 50% discount up to R200 of any treatment, can only be redeemed on treatments and cannot be used on already discounted services. The discount is redeemable in your birthday week.

RETAIL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange any product, within 10 days of purchase. Whether it’s open or closed. If it doesn’t make you happy, and you do not want it, you can exchange it! Because you shouldn’t have to keep something that is not working for you!

TRANSFER POLICY

Treatments are redeemable at any branch of your choice. You earned it, you bought it, your right to decide.

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

We adore ALL our Beauts & Beauties. As we have mentioned, our sole purpose is to ensure every Beaut is happy, hair free and feels fabulous. For this reason, we have re-worked our cancellation policy. We ask to please give us 48-hour notice. Our beau-gicians work hard and their salary is commission based. Little notice or no shows lead to our magical Beau-gicians being left out of pocket. Regardless, “No shows” will not be charged. We can’t and won’t take your money unless we have treated you. We just don’t feel right charging you for a treatment if you have not had a treatment. We know many organizations stick to this policy, but it does not sit well with us!

Even if you simply forgot about your appointment and didn’t show up or if you forgot to give us 48-hour notice for your cancellation or change of appointment. We understand, life is hectic and every so often we all slip up and forget an appointment or run late.

If you are running late, we will try to complete your treatment in the time we have available. If we can’t, we may ask you to return on another date or time.

If you forget your appointment or have an emergency, we will not charge you. But if any Beaut makes a naughty habit of not showing up or arriving late, we will have to kindly request that the treatment is paid for upfront. Just to ensure our Beaut is committed to arriving on time or giving us 48 hours notice.

The Laser Beautique is a business in the Beauty & Aesthetic industry that provides services and products for this industry. In addition, The Laser Beautique strictly sells digital gift cards online for redemption of these services and products.

Social Media Competitions
Competitions open and close on a stipulated date. Competitions are open to all except the employees and family members of The Laser Beautique as well as respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies of The Laser Beautique. By entering the competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by these rules, terms, and conditions. To enter follow instructions on the post. Winners will be chosen randomly off either Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. Only 1 winner out of all 3 platforms will be selected. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The judges’ decision is final. If the winner does not email their details 1 day after the competition closes, the prize will be forfeited to a runner-up. The winner may be required to take part in publicity and participation in the competition is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity. Promo Vouchers
Promotional Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year (12 months) from promotional / campaign date, unless specified differently on the voucher.

Monthly Mailers / Promotions
All monthly mailers / promotions sent my email, SMS or on social media are valid for month stipulated on the promotion only unless specified otherwise.

Voucher Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of voucher emailed directly to the purchaser and recipient email address of the voucher / gift card.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by The Laser Beautique is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Laser Beautique will refund the client in full within 30 days. Gift cards purchased for any value cannot be refunded in any tender form. Any credit remaining from a purchase by gift card will remain in the clients account to be redeemed at a later stage. This credit does not expire. If the voucher was purchased online and partly redeemed at a Laser Beautique branch, the balance will be in the clients account and can be spent at any TLB branch. If the voucher is purchased instore, and that store is a franchise store, the balance will need to be redeemed at that specific store. In the unlikely event, of the franchise store closing, being de-franchised, or taken over as a Head office store, the client will need to request a refund from the franchise store or a transfer of the balance to a head office branch.

As such, you are herewith notified that you are entitled to refuse such consent, and you may exercise such a right by notifying The Laser Beautique now, or at any time in the future, that you no longer wish to be listed on our database. Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are not transferable from one person to another. A loyalty client can only redeem R350 at a time.  These points which have been accumulated need to be redeemed before they expire. Points expire after 12 months from date of registration.

Liability
We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for clients, or likely to be successful prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. The Laser Beautique will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that he or she provide The Laser Beautique with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. The Laser Beautique will not be liable for any damage that occurs because of the client’s failure to disclose such details.  Client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, The Laser Beautique regarding the care of any treated area.   Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit The Laser Beautique liability for death or any personal injury resulting from The Laser Beautique negligence.

Privacy
Please note that staff are not allowed to exchange personal contact information with clients as it in contravention of their employment contract with The Laser Beautique. Bookings are only valid when made through The Laser Beautique channels.

Guests under the age group of 18
All children under the age of 18 who visit the clinic must be always accompanied by an adult and be respectful of the restful nature of the clinic environment. Any children accompanying an adult will not be allowed access to the laser room before, during or after treatment. Children will be required to wait in the reception area, however, must have an accompanying chaperon. Unfortunately, The Laser Beautique staff cannot be responsible for observing children during treatments. It is therefore advisable that Clients make alternative arrangements for childcare during their treatments.

Damages
Any intentional damage to furniture or stock will be charged for.

Clinic atmosphere
As a courtesy to other clients and to preserve the ambience of the clinic we request that clients switch off or put their phone on silent mode their mobile phones upon arrival at the clinic for the duration of their visit.

Smoking
The Laser Beautique operates a strict no smoking policy.
