terms & conditions
To keep things fair and fabulous, here’s what you need to know:
- Beauty Bucks are non-transferable or shareable.
- Beauty Bucks are earned only after successful payment of treatments, products, & packages.
- No Bucks are awarded for missed or cancelled appointments. Bucks are also not awarded when redeeming gift cards or vouchers.
- Buying gift cards & vouchers counts towards earning Beauty Bucks.
- Beauty Bucks are to be redeemed for treatments only. Not retail products or contractor services.
- A maximum of R350 Beauty Bucks can be redeemed per visit until October 31st, 2025. Afterwards, from November 1st, 2025, redemption amounts are unlimited.
- Beauty Bucks expire 2 months after being awarded.
- R200 in Birthday Beauty Bucks are emailed to you with a code. The email is sent at the beginning of your birthday month. Birthday Beauty Bucks are only valid for 1 month.
- Beauty Counts points will not disappear (yet); they can be redeemed up until November 1st, 2025. From November 2nd, all Beauty Count points will be discontinued & unusable.

You can earn Beauty Bucks at any Laser Beautique clinic you visit.
You can also earn Beauty Bucks when purchasing anything on The Laser Beautique website.
Where can I use my rewards?
You can spend your rewards on any treatment at any Laser Beautique.
Please note that this excludes retail product purchases or contractor services.
How long do my Beauty Bucks last for?
Beauty Bucks earned are only valid for 2 months. After that, they expire, so don’t let them go to waste!
How will refunds affect rewards?
Refunds are credited against your spend, and Beauty Bucks will be adjusted accordingly.
Who can use Beauty Bucks?
Beauty Bucks can only be used by the registered loyalty member.
Where can I check my Beauty Bucks status?
You can see your Beauty Bucks under the loyalty program on the TLB app. Simply download the TLB app from your app store (iOS & Android) and log in. You can also contact us or pop into your nearest Laser Beautique clinic to check your latest Beauty Bucks balance.

How does the Birthday Perks work?
- You get R200 Beauty Bucks for your birthday to treat yourself, valid from the 1st day of your birthday month until the end of the birthday month (1 calendar month).
- You may only redeem Birthday Beauty Bucks within your birthday month for treatments only. Please note that you cannot redeem this discount against any retail items.
- Your Birthday Beauty Bucks cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
